the 4 ft will be below the windows, and the 6 will be above the windows.

the 6 can be plugged to ~7ft @ ~32-34Hz w/ ~ 75^2 port. the other one i haven't sat down to figure it out yet...

i think i wanna go under the window if i do decide to compete, cause i don't know how well i'd do in the higer class :(

what you guys think?

Not good...

NG

not good what? i had the RL-p's in a box that was 4.5ft^3 under the window, @ 37Hz w/ 68in^2 port and did a 151db on the old TL. and this one would be tuned higher and have more port.

if your going over the window line may as well wall it ;)

so 4cuft, if results are undesirable try the other enclosure...MDF is like 20 bucks a sheet screw maybe 10bucks for 2 lbs and a $7

thing of wood glue... so if you use 2 sheets thats $57 unless you think you have to make it purdy :D

the window line is what will keep me from compeating any further than local with my current enclosure. but me thinks in a year + senior project...hmmmmm wall or S-2??

Depending on what organization you compete with, they don't all have window line rules.

what are the diff organizations? and do you got any links to an event calander for the diff orgs.? i'm really open to any of them, i just want something where i can go to more than 1-2 comps a year w/o driving 5-6 hours :(

and no i don't know the res freq. i'm just basing the tuning on 40 shouldn't be too high for daily driving, and 40 will, more than likely, peak higher than my 35 box.

the dbdrag rule says that any equiptment above the window line is considered to be a wall...but that db drag i went to a couple weeks ago i was classed SS 1-2 NW , huh?
