Anything in that range with 0ga?

Just get some 0 gauge to 4 gauge reducers.

I guess I'll just keep doing that, but not all 4ga are the same. I have a Boston Acoustics that won't fit it, but my JL amp does... WTF?!?!?!?!

Also, opinion on refurbished saz1500?? It has similar output of the mtx you kinked but adjustable ssf and 0ga inputs.

No worries when they come from Chris at dB-r. Plus you're getting a kick ass amp!

And if you step up to a 1500w amp you will still have enough power. Add an AGM battery under the hood and you are good to go.

I have a HC1800 under the hood and a HC800 in the trunk. Might remove the rear battery if voltage is stable enough.

Well... Bad news guys, just got a call from the mechanic... The alternator doesn't fit/mount. He's putting the original one back in and gonna call me after its done. Im gonna get more specifics when I go to pick it up.

Yeap, I know... I'm going between emails with Matt at MechMan... So hopefully we can straighten this out... I did hold the alternator up to my engine and tried to see if it matched up and it seemed to, but I'll have to put the alternators side by side and truly find out...

oh and the lady wasn't too happy to find out either... I'm hoping to get this sorted out in the next 2 days, little by little...

First step, tomorrow after work I'm going to PepBoys and asking to see the alternator they sell for my vehicle and comparing them side by side... If it looks to be similar I might tackle the install at home on Friday morning... Might have to give MechMan a call though to be safe...
