I am 20 hours of train away from that one. Get to see itnext Tuesday. A second one there isn't in the country although probably other guitars. I found a ton of sweet fretless basses but they weren't cheap. Played a Warwick I really wanted thanks to you. Bastard

Mask is needed for one part of blowing. Narrow corridor between houses.

Buy,then rent and let somebody pay the note for you to own...I like fixer uppers "or flippers" Rent for a reasonable price and include some of the improvement maintenance estimated cost into the monthly rental fee.. So you don't have to eat to much out of pocket before you sell for a profit with in reason and not overcharging your tenants...

Parts Miata deal fell. The owner decided to fix it. Had we gone there last weekend.....
