ZCON 15 Sound Box Port Suggestions 2 ohm

After over 100, yes you read that right, 100 emails/facebook messages, numerous times asking over and over again to respond with a simple answer of what he would like the order changed to, I get a paper from the Better Business Bureau complaining we did not answer the phone. Mind you, I told him over and over that Mark was away at SBN and that I could answer every question via email no problem, but yet he continued to keep calling in and complaining that no one was answering the phone. But, the long nonsensical emails just kept raining in, from Mike, his son, their friend and some shop that was helping him out. This was with out a doubt, a perfect example of the customer is not always right. Never have I ever poured out so much customer service to one order for one speaker for one customer, absolutely unreal. Then has the audacity to do a charge back and a BBB claim.

I pretty much said the same shit to someone last night and I get a warning post by w140.. neat

I am opening this topic back up, and posting in it again, to show the unreal depths we go when it comes to customer service even when we made nothing from it. 

 

After the record shattering amount of emails and FB messages that burned endless (and now wasted) hours, that were accompanied by numerous non-sensical voicemails on our main office phone (all the while knowing Mark was not there to answer it due to being on the road for SBN), followed by a totally unwarranted Paypal claim, which was instantly followed by an absolutely off the reservation BBB claim, I just got off the phone with the Maryland Attorney General's office.  The woman handling the claim there, had received a truck load of convoluted and again, non-sensical faxes in regards to this one order.  She was so happy to talk to me and glad that she didn't have to deal with this customer, along with happy we are many states apart for worry as to the capacity of what this person might try to pull.  Wishing me the best and that we never have to deal with someone like this again.

 

So at this point, with the paypal charge back, the whole ordeal is done in the eyes of the BBB and the State of Maryland.  What a tremendous waste of time and stress.  Sadly, I don't think he is done as he is acting as if we had done him some tragic wrong doing to go so out of control like this.  Back to taking care of our normal customers.

Geez, I want to order something just to give you some hope that there is some semi normal customers out there. Now if I had some extra money laying around or time to work on an install.

Hey you still not get your refund on sub, the 6 or 7 vs air space 12-16, well that box would not worked with 15.  Let me know heard they did but your son said your still waiting guess I been upset, been what almost a month now.  How did you confirm air space was too little.  Hey hit me up if your still having problems.  On air space, I even heard a few used more not less.  Maybe your gun shy now?  Guess cannot believe all that one reads.  Sorry, box and sub would not of been right in that and hope you son did sell it stop by shop if you need help and hope you do get your funds back.  It seems like it has been a month now since you hit me up about this told you that box port looked off, sorry, Hit me up later after I get back from OU Law.

This is so far out of hand it is like some terrible joke.  I have provided info to Paypal, to the BBB, to States Attorney Generals Office.  The customer is sending endless faxes to the States Attorney and the BBB.  We have gone so above and beyond and then some, I am not sure if I should laugh or what.

 

Now, not sure who holdterry is and why he is talking to him self.  No one was blocked from the site.  The paypal charge back pulled the money, so we don't have the money, so we are not shipping anything to him.  Not sure how this is still going on.  We can't refund money we don't have anymore.  Not to mention our clearly stated refund policy on made to order items.  95% refund, not full.

 

We do not want our product in his hands as if he cannot answer simple questions in endless emails and is this unstable, it is not worth risking our sub in his hands.

He called me after he emailed me and banned notice on other site if wrong sorry, will ask him but when I tried to buy and send something to him, he did not have a pay pal account, guess he is not the only one not up on this.

 

Other site had this posted so maybe their wrong, guess will ask him.  Only reason I checked guess if he had received refund, their been no issue or he would not gone to other services, again, his computer was in Texas from what he said and I was building a box, or would because of what he had and sub would not worked due to port needs I usually use 12-16 not 6 or 7.  As it was, off!

 

I just asked him what happened and got that response, and reference on other site listed below.  Wondered why they would post things if he could never see them and why he would go to the BBB if he got a full refund  would of assume this issue would of been over.  I will drive by and see what he has since I need to do his son's sub box anyways.

 

He had claimed his letter from credit card company refusing credit because they said they were told  by seller that he had product and were requested a return tracking.  They claimed no refund as of this morning when I called his son. 

 

I am out OKC area and it is over a 100 miles so wanted to get info and finish both sub boxes but  I guess not.  His question was how could you give a pay pal credit charge back on a non pay pal credit card or so as it was told to me.  Again, unless it changes and I find out more, I can let you know if he could not do this himself I just tried to help since he just got out of the hospital.

I did see this site posted few days ago and just blew it off until I got inquiries from his son and asked him.  I do know he had been hacked but again, I will go by and read what his son said he had from credit card company.  Guess also something about cursing and message on his mom's cell phone a little confused but just seem to be more hassle and thought I would help.  If it is this big of a issue, sorry, I will stay out of it and let you guys work it out but knowing the family, there been no issue still unless what was said on refund never happened.  I will check unless told not to and you guys will deal with it, again, his son guess is working and will meet later today but guess you guys got a handle on it.  Just tried to help, maybe sight was done when he tried to look up was said about it and him last night, no idea.

He just said if not full refund send product, seems like more issues coming, I will let you guys deal with it got a scan copy of credit card info and no he never did get a refund and email as of earlier this morning dated yesterday.  Something about other agency, so I am confused.  Guess he is writing company or credit card if I read it right if not full refund then product.  He said he tried to log on last night and keep saying error would not even bring up web page so maybe server was done but it seems its getting worse not better so might rethink helping now.

Mark <mark@ssaudio.com>Email I got was from him and Mark Zcon 15, what was the problem, might help if I knew just tried to get both sides first.  If there is a warranty, this just seems worse then I imagined.  Not sure what went on guess find out later to night now since his son is working.  If this much problem on order, hate to think if a warranty issue arose where it would go just my 2 cents.  Email on zcon 15 was to me and guess Mark <mark@ssaudio.com> guess now the contractual argument product or full refund.  Good luck guess confusion was over 18 Xcon sealed and Zcon ported 15.  Read another email did not see to Mark.  Time stamp says 4 PM it is really 8:14 AM just in case it matters.  Guess his relative actually ordered maybe wrong item, again will know later, youngsters he been ill.  I did see issue noted no refund need return information from his bank.  Now if not complete refund, I am sure it just started on that issue.

This isssue is closed and over and done with.  I will make this as simple as possible as this is so far beyond insane, I am stunned this is still going on and the sheer amount of time lost dealing with this.  Please don't take this the wrong way, but your posts are almost as hard to read as his emails.  Don't waste any more of your time on this.  He is sending many more faxes to the States Attorney Generals office, even this morning.  When the mediator on the phone is concerned as to what this customer might do based on how unstable he is, that should speak volumes. 

 

He never needed a Paypal account.  Paypal is only the escrow service between the customer credit card and our bank.  Refunds would go back to the credit card via PayPal.

 

We never spoke to the credit card company, he is clearly confused. 

 

He obviously does not have the speaker as it has not been shipped.

 

This is closed with the BBB. 

 

This is closed with the States Attorney Generals office. 

 

This is closed with Paypal as the money was pulled from our account on April 5th.  Which means I cannot refund money that we don't have.

 

He is not banned from here. 

 

I have wasted another half day on this one issue that has been over and done with.  We are out of the picture.  We don't have the money.  Shaking my head in disbelief that I am still dealing with this even past the point that it is done.

We are absolutely not shipping any product.  We don't have the funds and we do not want to risk our product in his hands.  The website was down for a little while yesterday due to a hosting issue.

There is no need to worry about a warranty when the item wasn't even shipped.  Now the story is changing to a relative ordered the wrong item?  How much more confusing could this be.  There is ZERO issue with getting a hold of us via email if there ever is need for a warranty, I am not going to accept that assumption at all.  The amount of customer service needed for this one order is astounding, so to think there would be an issue if the warranty came up is a bit insulting. 

 

There is no arguement.  The money is gone, we don't have it.  No product is being shipped.  This case is closed.

Well saw his son, notice from cc no refund, no pay pal exist email from pay pal so confused now, well old sgt been hard head since Hanoi yea ha, guess the Lockhart Memorial Bass Competition, guys can work it out.  No idea what they mean, guess you guys have fun, site pulled up 04/17/14 around 7:30 PM, and after hearing phone message left cursing, guess you are upset their upset, end of it for me now also.  Unreal yea, his son tried to pull up a pay pal log in through you site, but it is going beyond my need to know, maybe by June good luck.  What do they do if they have no email, guess from what I seen more to come and for me it is the end, you guys good luck.

Dude respect the board and leave the issue alone. It doesnt involve you one bit so stop trolling. If the original owner has something to say let him as it has nothing to do with you what so ever.
