Speaking of guns, I'm wanting to buy a revolver for protection/range shooting. Anything special I should look for besides something that fits well?

Hang out at a range sometime and talk to the people there; see if they'll let you try firing some of their guns, especially different calibers, different loads, what have you. Do that enough times and you'll have a pretty good idea what you want and what you don't.

So I got my amp back installed, Turned on the music, closed my rear Extended Cab Door and the H701 just turned off and won't come back on :(

WTF ? That is ridiculous, sounds like you have some ground issues...

.

Everything out on the workbench, powered ftrom a battery. If there are problems with thge gear, they should be obvious there. If not, reinstall piece by piece and test.

Well the H701 is getting power. The C701 is connected directly to it. The remote wire is reading .23V (DC). I'm not sure if that is what it is supposed to read but it still isn't powering up. I'm going to be sick if my H701 went out on me the day before I get my W505.

Update -

Remote wires run to all the amps and the H701 from the head unit. When I turn on the HU neither the amps or the H701 turn on.

The only thing I can think of now is that the remote wire is in between the power and ground. I really don't think it happenned but what if the stray power or ground wires touched the remote wire.

Remote wire should output 12V. There is your issue. Check for a blown fuse.

Some stray strands from my ground wire touched my remote wire on the amp. Cleaned that up and everything is working great. Also got the tweets back in so I officially have a full working audio system again.

In the midst of all this I did unplug my H701 and lost my presets. So now I get to re-tune everything :D

Hopefully opening up the W505 tomorrow. Can't wait to plug in that bad boy

AH, the Warhorse. Should've told me from the get go, I find it very very interesting. If you can get it with warranty, go ahead. It's a new design....I don't really love the Zenons :)
