We have two stand up booth's at my shop. I tan every once in a while to help my eczema and since I work indoors.

ALOT of hot chic's come get tanned.

Went for a run this morning, ugh, might not have been a smart idea, starting to hurt.

Hips and knees are hurtin, popped some ibuprofen so maybe that'll help. Its been years since I ran though, trying to get back into better shape and I live right across from the park so I'm hoping I can keep running in the morning.
