And those were ALL done on a shitty stove/grill/whatever. Way too much differential between the crust and the rest of the meat. More time to room temp and a longer rest would probably help as well.

Cook me a steak and ship it to me, keyboard Commando. :roflmao:

Serious about steak though :D

You'll have to eat it cold.

<--never said I haven't fucked up a steak and yes, I am my own worst critic

Just got a new house and our realtor shipped us a bunch of omaha steaks. Haven't tried'm yet :peepwall:

Meat is always better rare/medium rare, but I was referring to fatty burgers remaining juicy even when cooked medium well

What is the best enclosure type for home audio, bass oriented? A friend wants me to make him a subwoofer box and wanted to buy my box, but it might be sold till then, so I want to make him something even better than a regular ported. :ughdunno:
