Put it this way VT is a school I know of academically and I haven't ever heard of radford. I think you were too nice with your analogy.

Before 911, you could walk right into Fermi and pretty much ALL of the doors were unlocked and wide open. If you wanted to turn dials, no problem. Fun place to run around in.
