Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Black on black Raptor is a me truck.

Or orange.

I love orange.

A guy in my golf league has one, very cool styling and power is more than sufficient. I didn't expect it to be so expensive though

I find it really hard to believe everyone is paying what they are asking. But it's a great vehicle IMHO.

Never pay sticker price.

Edmonds listed the average price as 46k

VS the 57k that they have on the website.

The resale is pretty damn good on what I have seen, of course that is asking and I don't know what the agreed upon price is.

If you want one order it, a friend did that and got what he wanted and paid less than the ones sitting on the lot.

Do you know how much he paid?

I'm finding them to be absolutely crazy priced used.

I've driven three of them. Fun trucks to say the least. One of the few things I would look into trading the tundra in on. Still have that diesel itch tho.

Only reason I would own a diesel is for the apocalypse or if I had a hook up on hydraulic fluid. And I kind of do..... But I don't feel like paying the fines if I get caught.

Steep.

You also tend to look for more of a sports car handling ride.

I only am interested due to the gas milage. Yes the fuel is more expensive, but they get much further than my Tundra does.

The look and sound doesn't hurt either.

Newer ones don't get much better mileage.  Plus maintenance costs are more than the gassers and the 10k or so price increase.

Yup. That is the damn truth. My pal gets 27 in his old turbo 7.3(I think it's that one)

Its perfect for me though. If I want to drop a pile on a truck that is.

And it will turn better than the old expy!

Some of those damn raptors are priced to 60+k. Good god damn.

Those usually have everything in them.
