I can't remember with this one ... Is there an option for the BOSE 8" midbass driver for the doors like the Trail blazers ??? If so, you could get those mounting brackets and install you a nice pair of 8s in those factory door locations ...

im having a hard time understanding how it makes you go to 4th if its a manual... will it grind into any other gear but 4th?

Ok. i dont know how you feel but your posts are officially starting to piss me off.. BECAUSE.. Someone keeps -1 everything you post..

That's it.. I'm making a thread about it..  Shit's bullshit.

I want something loud as shit and still remain clear.

80mph on the freeway with the t-tops off and still be clear.

I had a 3way mb quarts (before the buyout) set in my convertible vette years ago and it sounded good with the top down. Single 12 sub fibetglassed in the spare tire location.

Had a friend with 3 JL Audio 10s in that back compartment. Sounded really good !!!

Wasn't that tough with weight either ... I know he was running Nitrus on it and street racing every now and then ...

If you're still running that 9887, it should make for a nice start. Add some decent components, a pair of tens, sealed, and some healthy amps. WIN. :D

That can be arranged. Was trying to avoid using all the ttop storage.

And I have the cargo area real estate already spoken for.

I agree, this could be the perfect avenue for you Steve. It really comes down to how much low end you want.

Yeah. May just go this route since I have the equipment sitting here. It was gonna go in the truck but decided not to waste my time.

Finalized the wheel decision.

Wanted forged wheels but can't justify the 3k price tag for just wheels.

So I bought these.

Little progress this weekend. The hatch vinyl was taken off because I had to install itIMAG0444_zps9d21e28b.jpg last year in a hurry and had to use three pieces. I decided I would have and seams on the outside of the car so I replaced it.

Also wrapped the wing and working on the trunk jams.

Also smoked all the taillights and markers.

The seam. Although very small, it still looked unfinished.

New hatch vinyl and wing.

How hard is it to wrap? Roughly how much did the vinyl cost to do the whole car?
