    why does this site and internet explorer have so many issues. Dont wanna download any other browsers just for one site, I guess it is what it is.

      The time is messed up for me no matter what browser I'm using. Guessing that's a site issue ATM. Dunno about the quoting though.

      I tried quoting with IE v8.0 on my laptop without any issues. Not real sure what's going on in your case.
