Just got done reading all 11 pages of this build. All i have to say is MOOAAAARRRRRRR!!!!

Thanks!!! Headliner recovered, all new carpet. Grasshopper is planning on giving the rest of the interior components a good cleaning.

Circle jig seems to be pretty cool, will give it a good try-out when I cut out the double baffle. :woot:

Enclosure specs:

Overall outside demensions: 48W x 15.5H x 14D Gross vol. 4.7'3

With displacement of subs, port and amp-rack leaves about 2.65'3 net. Slightly over recomended space but they won't be seeing a ton of power.

Port Size: 12" x 3" x 36" Should give a tuning just under 30Hz.

Had to make a decision on were to put the port, because Grasshopper wanted that Wow effect when you open the tailgate vs. the function of the port. :rolleyes:
