And off to the North Shore to put some miles on the sled!

You suck!
wish we had snow here. Managed a hair under 450mi

Super jelly.

I'm working on the kitchen. Went from rough drywall to primed. Might get painted and living room half painted tomorrow. It's basically garunteed I'm going to pay someone to finish the trim and other woodwork.

Fuck.

Impossible to find a 2009 135i with a manual within 300 miles of me.

http://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/cto/4798900830.html

Sorry, forgot to add I want to buy from a dealer. Damn good price on that thing though.
why? I would much prefer a private party. Much

Dealer will take my trade-in, do all financing work for me, CPO warranty, inspection, etc. . .

I think I am going to start making my own beef jerky.Anyone have any tips, and opinions on equipment I will need and seasoning opinions..Maybe a new hobby I might be interested in. an save me some money because I am constantly buying this and paying to much for a little ass bag sad.png

Thanks,

Michael

Ha, don't expect to save money unless you shoot it yourself. Once you pull out the water out of steak you cut down it's weight by 2-3x. 3lbs of el cheapo steak at $5/lb to yield a solid pound of jerky is $15 worth of jerky. Plus time etc...

BTW:

Box Fan >>>> Food dehydrator

Convection oven with dehyrate cycle > Box fan

IMO there aren't really other choices.

And apparently while I was up North snowmobiling it was 50 here. WTF MN??

Found nearly 2' of snow though and only briefly was in Canada, albeit joint Canadian/US waters.

All for WAY more cash than if you do it yourself.

Fuck.

Wasn't at a clip that a new rider could do. Went only with my BIL so we could really cover ground.

Why not fly to Paris, Rome, Prague and have a real vacation? You can sit on the beach when you get old.

Paris or Prague...which one to pick this year? hmmmm

I'd have to drive to Prague, so that means killing some hours.

There are other choices as well, but those three cities are MUST do's before you get too old to enjoy them. If we could include Asia there are even more options, but I'd start with Europe.

Obviously. Prague is close, I'm curious. Paris is for a bit later.

I still want to visit Vienna in winter, Budapest, Bratislava. Plenty left. And plane tickets are cheap :D

Paris is easily the most amazing place I have been.

It's beautiful and the people are wonderful. The food is literally indescribable. I didn't even see the museums.

Say hello in French, then ask if they speak English in French.... Done.

If you talk to them in another language first you get a much different experience.

I did study French, but have retained little. My accent is particularly Parisian though due to my teacher and her time in Paris, they stroked the Fuck out of my ego.

My traveling is so little, so I might be a bad source.

What made my trip there truly memorable is how absolutely near exhausted sick I was with a flu/sinus infection and arthritis flare up and I still loved every minute of that visit. Even laying in the apartment eating cheese and strawberries that I can't even describe....

If I was there for a few day right now it would be heaven.

Much better than house projects.

My French is horrible but after a few days I could probably ask where I can find a toilet

Can you keep it your way as I do not want anymore. The weather man said 1-3 inches and I think he may have made a mistake.
