The Difference..

This could be a stupid question but does this go for the AA line as well?

I'm not trying to knock DC but since they was brought up in this thread, how many people has inspected inside there vented poles? I've hand my hands on probably over 30 different DC subs, from Level 2s-Level 4s, and ALL of them had horrible machine groves in them. Sure this is inside a hole most will never see, but if they let that slide, makes you wonder what else do they. Also, some was worst than others, but still they all have less than par groves.

Also, sounds like yall need a huge bar feeder CNC, that'll cut down on time and less times touching the actually part.

I'd hate to imagine the price on one that can handle upto 4" bar stock.

And Nick, I'm finalllllly glad you decided to show a little behind the scenes.

Great to see what goes on behind the scenes. That bar stock for the poles look HEAVY!

Considering the amount of labor involved it's amazing that you guys make them in the timeframe that you do.

I just received my N2 yesterday. It is an engineering piece of art. I'd like to say that the quality is superb and the wait and cost are well worth it for a product such as this. We should all try and keep more money in the US economy. Thanks Nick for great products and excellent customer service. You couldn't ask for better of either.

BUt your woofers don't have the BLING BLING...

(End of trying to be funny.)

In all seriousness, the quality you guys deliver is great.

And i like that you guys don't need to fancy everything up to make it sell.

A nice, "sophisticated";clean look.

Hunk of N2 extrusion that got banged up that we're not using...just a 'whats going on inside' type of picture, it's an actual aluminum extrusion that we cut out of bar lengths on the saws.

After all of the parts get machined they all take a ride in the tumbler for a few hours for deburring before they get coated and baked.

That's it for now..I'll update more as I get around to it...again...think next time when you are spending your money and ask where your stuff actually comes from. Remember, the more money we send over seas the LESS money we have in our own economy which trickles down into less growth out of the recession....we HAVE to push to bring manufacturing back to this country.

Down with lemmings!
