Once that trim piece is in for the aero, that's going to look sick. wink.png

I hope so. It should be pretty simple to make. I plan on carving the shape I want out of floral foam them covering it in carpet.

So many options in this case. Something I could consider "therapeutic" when making, verse getting burnt out making door pods, etc.

Too bad PA is a bit far from me.

I started fabbing the trim piece. Isnt quite as simple as I thought. Going to need a little bondo on this one. Like you said, lots of options. I am might cover it in vinyl instead of carpet.

You could always fly up here and help me :)

I made a little shelf for the voltage regulator to sit on. I welded it to a factory bracket then painted it with rubber undercoating (top and bottom)

I integrated a 88mm idler pulley into the factory alternator serpentine system to increase alternator belt wrap.

Here is a pic of my previous install. I made a fake faceplate using the factory radio face.

I wanted to change things up a little. Crutchfield sent me an install kit with my P99RS but it was cracked.

I removed the fake factory controls and used the bottom tray. I also relocated my voltage meter. The P99RS has a built in voltage display but I wanted to used another since I am not familiar with the accuracy on the P99RS voltage read out.

Looking good. already put the stinger meter in, otherwise I was going to say just compare the voltage read out from the deck to a dmm.

Nice bracket, and I don't think I'd have the balls to fab up another idler pulley. :P

Can never have too many voltage meters smile.png After I am sure the P99RS is reading right I will more than likely remove the other one.

Did you have an issue with an idler pulley setup you made?

No, it's just something I wouldn't rig up. :P

They can almost be considered pets lol. We have a better chance of seeing deer when we look out a window than not.

The battery is mounted.

Hard to see it in a picture. The battery is mounted under the sub enclosure. I want to kick myself in the ass for not designing an enclosure that allows me to use the spare tire well for the spare tire sigh.gif Major design f'up on my part.

SCREEN-3991.jpg

Plan of attack:

1. Mount amps.

2. Fix roof brace issue

The amps are mounted. I still need to build my false floor. The 900.6 is powering my component set for now.

Shitty picture, I was in a hurry sleep.png

SCREEN-3998.jpg

Up next:

Make a false floor, fix roof brace and finish making a trim panel for the aero port. After that is front stage smile.png
