Vertical array is better if you use full rangers. Realistically if you want that much output horns are your friend

Can you explain what do you mean with vertical array?

Is 200W a piece too much for a mid? I don't want a front that you can't stay in the car if it is all the way up/"open the doors, get the party starting". I'm looking for superb sound throughout the whole listening range(without the lows ofc) that can keep up with one or two 18s in the back if needed. The car will be for my pleasure not for shows, so NO to horns?

Not too much, more might even be okay. Depends on those mids.

I don't follow the NO horns yet. Is there a reason you don't want them?

Vertical is two drivers on top of each other instead of besides each other. Think of ANY home audio speaker and the orientation wiht multiple woofers :)

I've got a pair of these to test out:

http://faitalpro.com...hp?id=401000100

Can't wait to see what they do in place of the FF85k's.

I've heard them in a room and they are pretty nice.

Thanks for the link. Can I order them from that site? yes I am heading to google as we speak.

I have no idea.

A old friend of mine imports them. I went to check up his shop and he had quite a few sets at hand.

Not to mention lots and lots of 12's, 15's and 18's from Faital.

I found them for 30 a pop at usspeaker.com

I would love to do horns, but the thought of trying to make them fit makes me cringe.

My '94 F-250 has near vertical a-pillars and may lend its self to a line array quite nicely.

Sweet price.

Honestly, if they are like the FF85k's in sound AND 3dB more efficient I'm upgrading my midbass...

Damn I like those. Stop giving me Ideas!?!? I have a pair of 6.5" TangBand Subs. I could use these 2 together for a little 4-wheeler setup

So something let go in the Saturn shifting linkage. Its now stuck in reverse. It freely moves from R to 5 but its not shifting. I will not move in towards the other gears....

Now I get to ride my bike all week

Got the tires aired up. When I came back home one had popped....

Yay!

However... I did get my brakes tightened up on the bike and they are perfect now. And I replaced the tube

Soon, I hope. Was going to yesterday but got called to work with the backhoe.

Still got more work on the Peugeot install I posted a couple days ago and a shit-ton to do on a Civic coupe.

The sad part is my insurance will only cover a few dentist ... So I do not have many to choose from ... especially orthodontics (i think i spelled that correctly) ...

I have got better deals shopping around as uninsured, than when I was on my moms insurance.

A really good deal can be if there is a dental school around near you. I used to go to the U of M all the time for everything.

R2 buy the smoking plate. I would love a half moon rack too as peng mentioned.... but I'll probably just end up getting either an XL or a gass grill.....

Anywhoosle.

The stoker Sean has is on my list also. I like the idea of the cast iron grate but I don't know if I would ever buy it unless it was a good deal. I can just buy a bunch of the regular kind and replace as they wear out.

The only real accessory/s you need is meat and wood though.

I personally don't understand the cast iron grate. Just keep the stainless clean and it is better in EVERY aspect.

Cast grates are made for grills that cannot get hot so something will "sear" the meat.

I don't want to quit. I just want to be put into a position to tell the people running the company how stupid they are and how badly they running it.
